First, mix the developer with the desired amount of Luxlight bleaching powder, with the ratio depending on the type of lightener. Then apply the mixture to the hair, leaving it to process for no longer than it says on the packaging for the bleaching powder. After that, rinse the mixture out thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
