This activator maintains the hair's ideal degree of softness and hydration whilst delivering efficient oxidising power.

This vegan, cruelty-free activator is suitable for all hair types, and it contains the following active ingredients:

• Aloe vera to moisturise the hair. This ingredient also has soothing properties, making it suitable for sensitised scalps.
• Glycerine to hydrate the hair.

This developer is available in 7 vol / 2.1% and 13 vol / 3.9%.

7 vol / 2.1% does not lighten the base colour, so it is ideal for toning highlights, balayage, or any other pre-lightened hair.

13 vol / 3.9% acts as a base breaker on natural hair. It is ideal for blending whit or grey hair, to intensify fashion shades, or to enhance the tone and vibrancy of the lengths.

You must only mix this oxidising cream with Elgon Tonalight colours. Then, wearing protective gloves, apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Leave the mixture to process for the appropriate amount of time, then rinse it out thoroughly.

Avoid contact with eyes. If this product gets into the eyes, rinse it out thoroughly with clean water. Use this product only as directed.
