Apply Insight Antioxidant Conditioner 100ml to damp hair that has ideally been washed with Insight Antioxidant Rejuvenating Shampoo. Then massage it into the hair to spread it out evenly. Leave it on the hair for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse it out.
