For use on the hair: This product makes a great pre-wash nourishing treatment. Firstly, take a small amount of this product on your fingers or on a spatula, and rub it between wet hands before applying it to the lengths and ends of wet hair. Then leave it on the hair for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse it out before proceeding with shampoo.

For use on the skin: Take a small amount of this product and rub it between wet hands. Apply the product to the skin, massaging it in until it has been absorbed.

Avoid contact with the eyes. If this product gets into the eyes, rinse it out thoroughly with clean water. Use this product only as directed and keep it out of reach of children.
