Elgon I|Blonde Ultraviolet Bleach is a high performing dust-free violet bleaching powder that counteracts yellow or brassy tones. It lifts up to 7 levels, and is suitable for all hair types and lightening techniques.

This product's new formula contains hyaluronic acid, which hydrates the hair during the lightening process. This action counteracts the dryness that lightening services often result in. This new formula is vegan-friendly with an improved texture, and it contains 1% biotechnological ingredients.

1. Mix this bleaching powder with Elgon Oxi-Cream at a 1:2 ratio, using either 10 vol, 20 vol, 30 vol or 40 vol depending on the client's current hair colour and condition, and their desired results. You must only use 40 vol on natural, healthy hair.
2. Apply the mixture to dry hair and leave it on for up to 45 minutes, checking the lightening process every 5 minutes.
3. Rinse the lightener out thoroughly.

Avoid contact with eyes. If this product or mixture gets into the eyes, rinse it out thoroughly with clean water.
