This high performing, dust-free blue bleaching powder counteracts underlying orange tones, preventing brassiness. It provides up to 7 levels of lift, and it is suitable for all lightening techniques.

This vegan, cruelty-free lightening powder contains active lifting elements that work with the following active ingredients:

• AC Oil Complex, which is a rich blend of oils that protect the hair from the stresses of bleaching.
• Sea kale extract to moisturise and revitalise the hair.

1. Mix this bleaching powder in a 1:2 ratio with Elgon Oxi-Cream developer. You can use 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) or 40 vol (12%) developer for this, although you should only use 40 vol on natural, healthy hair.
2. Apply the mixture to dry hair and leave it on for up to 45 minutes, depending on the client's base colour and desired outcome. Check the lightening every 5 minutes.
3. Rinse the mixture out thoroughly.
