Delivery Information

 

We only ship items to the UK. We are unable to ship items to other countries.

We offer free delivery for orders over £90 in total (£75 + VAT). For orders under this total, an £8.50 delivery charge will be added.

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, and then shipped with next day delivery with DPD.

 

Sustainability and Packaging

At GLS Salon Supplies, we try to reuse boxes when possible. This is why you may receive an order with a different brand name on the box.

We also reuse as much packaging as we can. We pack our orders carefully with plenty of secure packaging to reduce the risk of damage to items during transit. 

While we stand all liquid products that are in bottles or pots upright, there is still a small risk of products leaking. Because of this risk, all liquid products in bottles or pots need to be packed in plastic bags to prevent the product from leaking onto other products that may get damaged by liquids. While this action uses plastic packaging, it prevents waste by preventing product loss and damage to items.

Another way we prevent products from leaking during transit is by taping the lids shut on all bottles with flip top lids that do not already come sealed. This prevents the cap from opening while in the box.
